Non‑refundable scenarios
Refunds may be denied for situations such as delays caused by external delivery partners beyond our control, changes to menu items due to seasonal availability, or if the issue is not verifiable (for example, complaints made after the food has been consumed). Additionally, orders marked as used or partially consumed are generally not eligible for refunds. We also exclude refunds for dine‑in experiences if you are satisfied with the service and the order received, unless the issue falls under our eligibility criteria described above.
Digital and gift options
For orders that include gift cards or digital add‑ons, refunds follow the terms of these components as applicable. If a portion of an order was paid with a gift card, the refund amount will be issued to the original method of payment to the extent possible, or as store credit if required. We do not offer refunds for promotional bundles when the promotion terms have been met and the customer has redeemed the offer in full.

If the refund is issued as store credit, you will receive a digital code to use during your next London visit or online order from PlainSideCommons. Order cancellations
You may cancel most orders prior to preparation or dispatch. Cancellations requested after the order has begun preparation may be subject to a partial charge that covers ingredients already purchased and labor costs.
